Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us through the Contact Us form if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may manage or delete your account using the workspace controls.
Your content and permissions
You retain responsibility for the Etsy listing data, images, text, URLs, and other materials you upload or enter. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use those materials and to prepare them for Pinterest. You grant us a limited permission to store and process the content to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
Use of the service
The workspace helps organize listings, boards, Pin drafts, schedules, and CSV exports. You must review the output before uploading it elsewhere and follow Etsy's and Pinterest's applicable rules. Do not try to access another user's data, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or use automated requests that interfere with normal operation.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. We may revise these terms; the date above indicates the latest version. Continued use after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
External services and links
Etsy, Pinterest, Google, and any linked websites are separate services with their own terms and practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or decisions about your uploads.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free exports, or a particular business result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
