Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password credential. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive a verified email address, name, and Google account identifier.
• Shop and listing information: the Etsy shop details you enter, uploaded CSV content, listing titles, descriptions, tags, image URLs, and the Pin drafts, boards, schedules, destination URLs, and export reports you create.
• Contact information: the name, email address, subject, and message you submit through the Contact Us form.
• Technical information: essential session cookies and information that may be recorded by hosting infrastructure, such as request time, IP address, and browser details.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts and shop workspaces, process your uploads, prepare and store Pin drafts and CSV exports, respond to inquiries, operate the website, maintain security, and troubleshoot the service. Your Etsy CSV is processed for the shop you choose and its data is saved to your account so you can return to your work.

Cookies and third-party services

Essential cookies keep you signed in and support secure authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes the authentication request under its own terms and privacy policy. When you download a CSV and upload it to Pinterest, Pinterest processes that file under its own policies. The app does not publish your Pins to Pinterest on your behalf. Our hosting and database providers may process information as needed to run the service.

Storage, access, and retention

Seller data is scoped to its account and shop. Authorized administrators may access account details and contact messages to operate the service and respond to requests. We retain account and workspace information while an account is active, and may retain limited information afterward where needed for security, legal compliance, or resolving disputes. Contact messages remain until removed or no longer needed for their purpose. We use reasonable security measures, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update your account details, manage your shops and boards, and delete your account in the workspace. Account deletion removes associated shops, imports, Pins, and exports from the active application database. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of other information, use our Contact Us form. Applicable law may provide additional rights.
