A publishing schedule can help you prepare a batch without asking every image to appear at once. The workspace lets you set a publish date for selected Pins in bulk, then adjust individual rows where a different time makes sense.
Choose a simple cadence
Group images by product or collection, then decide when you want each group to be submitted for publication. You might prepare a new collection first and place evergreen product details later. The aim is a schedule you can review, not a complicated calendar that is difficult to maintain.
Set times in your local time zone
The workspace accepts times in your device's local time zone and converts them to UTC for the CSV. If you are coordinating with a team in another region, agree on the intended local time before editing. A blank publish date means the Pin is intended for immediate publishing when Pinterest processes the upload.
Inspect the export
- Check that every scheduled row has the intended date and time.
- Confirm the time zone used on the device where the CSV was prepared.
- Leave dates blank only for Pins you want to publish immediately.
- Upload the CSV with enough time to handle any Pinterest validation errors.
Pinterest says a future Publish date in the bulk upload CSV schedules the Pin, and a specific time must be written in UTC. Incorrect date formatting can prevent a Pin from publishing. Review the Pinterest bulk upload instructions before sending a batch.
