A few minutes of review can save a full round of CSV corrections. The workspace shows each listing image as an individual Pin row so you can fix details before you download the export files.
1. Check the picture and copy
Open a sample of media URLs in a private browser window. Pinterest needs a publicly available link to each image file. Confirm that the Pin title and description describe the actual picture, and remove outdated images from the export selection.
2. Check the board
Every exported Pin needs a Pinterest board. Review the board name and any section after the slash. If you work across multiple Etsy shops, make sure the selected shop's board list is the one you intend to use.
3. Check the destination link
Open each destination URL, especially when several Pins share a product page. A working, relevant product link matters more than a cosmetic difference in URL text. If the destination link is optional for your campaign, decide deliberately whether to leave it blank.
4. Check the schedule and files
Review publish dates and times for individual rows. Then check the download count: Pinterest currently allows up to 200 images or videos per bulk upload CSV, so larger workspaces are split into multiple files. Download all files and upload each batch separately.
- Correct any rows marked as needing attention.
- Confirm which Pins are included in the export.
- Keep a copy of the downloaded CSV files for your records.
- Read Pinterest's feedback after upload; Pinterest may request formatting changes.
Use Pinterest's bulk upload guide as the authoritative specification. The platform may change its requirements, so check it again before a major upload.
