A single Etsy listing can show a product from several angles: the main photo, a detail, a size reference, and an image of the item in use. Each image tells a different part of the story. In the workspace, every image from an imported listing becomes its own editable Pin row, while the source listing remains connected to all of them.

Export your listing data from Etsy and upload the CSV to the correct shop in your workspace. After processing, open Uploaded Pins. You will see a separate row for every usable image, including images from listings that share the same title. The listing and image number make each row easy to identify.
Review the pictures as a set before assigning a board. A close-up might suit a board about materials, while a lifestyle image may work better in a collection about room ideas. The product details can remain consistent even when the visual angle changes.
Keep the destination useful
Check the destination URL on each Pin. It should lead to a relevant, working page for the item shown. If several Pins point to the same listing, review the exported links carefully and test them before upload. Do not use a misleading destination simply to make links unique.
Review before export
- Confirm the media URL opens publicly and shows the intended image.
- Check the title and description against the picture.
- Assign a Pinterest board to every Pin you intend to export.
- Exclude any image that is outdated, repetitive, or unsuitable.
The workspace prepares a CSV; it does not publish the Pins for you. Pinterest's bulk upload guide is the final reference for file requirements and upload steps.
